All statements, projections, and materials shared — whether in writing, verbally, or through digital communication — are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the official agreement.
We strongly recommend that buyers read these documents carefully and seek independent legal, tax, or financial advice prior to making any decisions. ROI Investments does not provide legal, accounting, or financial advisory services. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they understand the obligations, risks, and suitability of any investment in the context of their personal financial situation and goals.
Buyers must also consider their own legal and tax obligations under the laws of their country of citizenship, residence, or domicile. ROI encourages buyers to consult with professional advisors who can assess how any international property investment aligns with their regulatory and financial frameworks.
All contracts are issued exclusively to approved buyers by ROI Investments or its authorised representatives. These documents must not be copied, shared with unauthorised third parties, or used for any other purpose without prior written permission from ROI Investments.

The investment opportunities presented by ROI involve risk, including the potential for loss of capital. Foreign real estate investments are not protected by Australian statutory compensation schemes, including those overseen by ASIC, APRA, or the AFSA. By proceeding with an investment, the buyer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the economic risk involved.
Acceptance of the agreement implies consent to these terms. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or disclosure of the agreement or its contents, in part or in full, without ROI’s written consent, is strictly prohibited — except where legally required.
